Bacteria is not considered as plant as well as animals. Every plant and animal cell has the nucleus where it can manufactures ita DNA. However bacteria doesn’ t have nucleus. their DNA floats around inside cell. According to five kingdom classification system bacterias are in kingdom monera. Where as in six kingdom classofication system they are in kingdom eubacteria and archaebacteria. The most important thing is that bacteria are prokaryotic whereas plants are eukaryotic. so bacterias are neither plants nor animals.
