What are the differences between B Cells and T Cells ?

B cell have high affinity receptor for self antigen to mature.
T cell are helper cell.

An important difference between Tcells andBcells is that Bcells can connect to antigens right on the surface of the invading virus or bacteria. This is different from Tcells, which can only connect to virus antigens on the outside of infected cells.

and in a simpler way humoral meaning antibody mediated  response and that humor is a medieval term used for body fluids.
