The lactose fermenting gram negative rods are;

    1. Escherichia

    1. Klebsiella

    1. Enterobacter

    1. Citrobacter

    1. Serratia

(Serratia and Citrobacter  can appear initially as non-lactose fermenting due to slow fermentation.)
Among above lactose fermenting gram negative rods E coli  is often beta-hemolytic.
